A: You may close the firewall, antivirus or other similar software on your computer and try UltraSurf again. Some software such as “Ruixin online virus detection” may be incompatible with UltraSurf.

Q: When I starts UltraSurf 6 with the firewall software such as ZoneAlarm on, ZoneAlarm prompts a window saying:” UltraScape MFC Application is trying to access the web.” What shall I do with this?

A: You may click “Allow.”
